1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern services provided by College Auto Detailing LLC. By booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
We provide mobile car/truck detailing. Services, availability and pricing appear on our site or in estimates and are subject to vehicle condition and access.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once payment or a required deposit is received. Deposit: $20.

• Payment due at completion. Accepted methods: PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Cash.

4. Estimates & Additional Charges
Quotes are estimates. Additional charges may apply for heavy soiling, pet hair, trash removal, hazardous materials, and extra time.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation window: 24 hours.

• Rescheduling handled case-by-case.

​

6. Refunds
Refunds at our discretion for cancelled or incomplete services; third-party fees may not be refundable.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Remove valuables before service. Ensure legal and safe parking/access.

​

8. Keys & Access
Leaving keys authorizes us to operate the vehicle for cleaning. We exercise reasonable care.

​

9. Damage & Liability
Notify us within 48 hours of any damage. Our liability is limited to the service price. Not responsible for pre-existing damage.

10. Photos & Marketing
We may take before/after photos for quality control and marketing. Inform us if you do not consent.

11. Promotions & Meta Ads Leads
Promotional offers are as described and are subject to these Terms. Leads from Meta ads are treated the same as other bookings.

12. Privacy
We collect information to provide service.

​

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
